Iren decided that she wanted to try the Walstead ride so we rode out to through Lindfield, to a pre arranged turnaround point at East Mascalls Farm.
As this was Iren’s first ride on the roads for any distance and deviation from the level we had decided to not make it too long
Well that was the plan, Iren then surprised me by continuing on to Plummerden Lane a half mile further on’ depite me calling out for her to stop
We then rode back with a stop for me to curse her bike’s chain as it slipped off the sprockets 🙁
This was a good ride by Iren and it brings up her 100 miles this year 🙂
