Went out for an evening ride in the fading light.
Rode up to the A272 and across to cuckfield
Went up to Ardingly Road then down Hanlye Lane
Failed dismally to see through a LandRover truck so had to wait for it to move off
Went down the Balcombe Road and carried on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Did the loop round the back of the church then passed the pond and common
Went up and over Gander Hill and returned home via Mill Green Road
