31/01/2015 Gower Rd, Shepperton, Chertsey Bridge Rd, Shepperton & home

Saturday, January 31st, 2015

Went out for an afternoon ride on the racer

Rode along Gower Road to Queens Road and along to Monument Green

Rode Oatlands to Grotto Road and then went along Walton Lane to Walton bridge

Crossed the river and went to Shepperton and on to the Chertsey Bridge Road

Rode to the other road back to Shepperton, and then went through Old Shepperton

Rode back across the river and then went along Walton Lane to Portmore Park Road

Crossed to the other side of town and then went through town to ride back to Monument Green

Rode along Queens Road and returned via Gower Road

30/01/2015 An evening ride looping round Shepperton

Friday, January 30th, 2015

Went out for an evening ride on the hybrid

I rode down Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green

I then rode the length of Oatlands and turned to cross Walton Bridge

Then I turned left and looped round Shepperton before returning to the Bridge

I then rode the Towpath back to town and turned into Portmore Park Road

I rode round to the Chertsey Road then crossed town

Now I rode up Monument Hill to Queens Road

Finally I rode home via St Georges Avenue

30/01/2015 A longer lunchtime wander round the Brooklands area

Friday, January 30th, 2015

Went out for a lunchtime wander with Rob and Choaying

We walked down Brooklands Road to the P&G gate

After going through the gate we walked down past the museum and crossed the bridge

We then turned left and walked up to the old runway which is now a playground

Then we walked round the old track to the housing estate gateway to the Heights

We walked through the Heights to the P&G gate ans returned to the office

This was the usual Locke King Road / Brooklands Museum / P&G gate loop

28/01/2015 a swift walk to the Hand and Spear and back

Wednesday, January 28th, 2015

Went out for a evening walk down to the Hand and spear to say goodbye to our boss

I walked up St Georges Avenue to Brooklands Road

when I reached Brooklands Road I crossed it and walked down past the station

After this I walked to the pub

After a couple of swift pints I returned back the way I came

Well almost as I did the longer way back 🙂

Went out for a lunchtime wander with Barry, Morgan and Choaying

We walked down Locke King Road

Then along Lonsdale Road to Campbell Road

Then over to Locke KingRoad

And finally back to the office

Tuesday, January 27th, 2015

Went out for an evening ride on the road bike

Rode down Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green

Went down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and rode round the Shepperton loop

Rode back across Walton Bridge then returned to town on Walton Lane

Went round Portmore Park Road to the Chertsey road

Rode through town and up Monument Hill to Queens Road

Rode round St Georges Avenue to Gower Road

Rode down to Queens Road then returned home on St Georges Avenue

Monday, January 26th, 2015

Went out for an evening ride on the road bike

Rode down Gower road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green

Rode along Oatlands and dropped down Grotto Road to Walton Lane

Went along to Walton bridge and rode the Shepperton Loop

Recrossed the river and turned back into Walton Lane

Rode back to Portmore Park Road and went round to the Chertsey Road

Went across town and rode up Monument Hill to Queens Road

Returned home via Queens Road and Gower Road

Went out for a lunchtime wander with Barry and Morgan

We walked down Locke King Road

then into Lonsdale Road

Then we turned into John Cobb Road

Finally we returned back to the office up Locke King Road

25/01/2015 Walton, Shepperton, Chertsey Bridge and back via Gower Road

Sunday, January 25th, 2015

Went out for an evening ride on the road bike

Rode down Gower Road to Queens Road and then down to Monument Green

Rode down Oatlands and turned into Grotto Road

Dropped down to Walton Lane and road to Walton Bridge

Rode up and through Shepperton to the Chertsey Bridge Road

Rode back to Walton Bridge and turned onto Walton Lane

Rode back to town and turned into Portmore Park Road

went round to the Chertsey Road then rode through the town

Rode up Monument Hill to Queens Road and carried on up the road

turned into Gower Road and returned home
