Went out for a lunchtime ride on the cyclocross bike

Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Brooklands Road to the A245

Turned right and rode through Byfleet to West Byfleet and turned left to ride to Pyrford Green

Rode to the anchor then on past Wisley to the A3, where I did a U turn and rode back to Pyrford Green

Turned left and rode to Woking passing Pyrford, then I rode to West Byfleet

Here I turned for New Haw and Addlestone then picked up Green Lane to ride over the M25, at which time Mother Nature decided it was a good time to drizzle away getting yours truly soggy !

Rode into Chertsey and then along Eastworth Road to pick up Woburn Hill to ride back to town

Finished off by riding up Heath Road to the station and down Hanger Hill to home.

Went out for an evening ride on the cyclocross bike – this was a ride designed to make me work!

Rode up Hanger Hill to the station and down Heath Road to the Chertsey Road

Rode to Chertsey ascending Woburn Hill on the way then rode through the town to the Thorpe Road

Turned and rode to St Anns Hill and pushed as I rode to the top  – heart rate of 183 bpm !

Then I rode round to Hardwick Lane and on to pick up Green Lane

Rode along the lane to Addlestone then carried on to New Haw and the A245

Rode to the Brooklands Road then climbed the 2 rises to the Station

Turned into St Georges Avenue and rode to Egerton Road

Carried on through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green

Returned home up Hanger Hill

Went out for an evening ride on the cyclocross bike dodging the flaming showers – hail, drizzle, downpours of biblical proportions!

Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue feeling the rain in the air

Turned into Egerton Road, rode through Gower Road to Queens Road

Cycled to Monument Green and turned left into Hanger Hill

Returned home up Hanger Hill

Went through Egerton and Gower Roads to Queens Road then down to Monument Green

Rode down Oatlands to Walton, crossed the bridge then rode through Shepperton to Laleham

Turned and rode by the river to Chertsey and then rode to Old Shepperton (again by the river)

Pressed on to Walton, crossed back over the bridge and then rode Walton Lane

Turned into Portmore Park Road and rode to the Chertsey road via Wey Road

Went round by the Bourne Industrial estate and rode by the  river to Heath Road

Ascended Heath Road to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill

turned into the Chertsey road and cycled up Woburn Hill to Chertsey

Rode through Chertsey to the Thorpe Road and turned left

Cycled to St Anns Hill, or is that Hell and ascended wheezing to the top

Looped round to Green Lane and rode to Addlestone

Cycled through New Haw to the A245 and rode to Brooklands Road

Rode back up to the station and turned into St Georges Avenue

Cycled through Egerton and Gower roads to Queens Road

Went to Hanger hill and rode up to home

Rode down to Monument Green and then down Oatlands to Walton

Turned and crossed the river before riding to Laleham via Shepperton

At Laleham I turned to ride by the river to the Chertsey Bridge Road

Turned and rode to Old Shepperton and on to Walton

Crossed back over the river and then picked up Walton Lane

Returned to town and turned into Portmore Park Road

Rode to the Chertsey Road via Wey Road

Cycled to the Bourne Industrial Estate and then along the river to Heath Road

Rode up Heath Road and then returned home down Hanger Hill

Went out for a morning ride on the cyclocross bike

rode up Hanger Hill to the station and down St Georges Avenue

Rode through Egerton and Gower roads to Queens Road and on to Monument Green

Rode down Oatlands to Walton and turned to ride through Shepperton to Laleham

Cycled by the river to Chertsey and rode through the town to the Thorpe Road

Turned to ride up the longer route up St Ann’s Hill – sorry legs 🙂

Then I headed for the Hospital and Ottershaw ans then on to Chobham

Now I turned to ride to Woking and Horsell Common – now Martians were found in their cylinders 🙂

At Horsell common I picked up the A245 and rode through Byfleet to Seven Hills Road

I now turned to ride Seven Hills to Weybridge arriving back on Queens Road

Went down to Monument Green and then turned again into Oatlands

This time I turned into Grotto Road to ride to Thames Street and Portmore Park Road

Took the loop round Wey Road then arrived at the Chertsey road where I turned to ride out of town

I then went into the Bourne Estate and rode the river to Heath Road

Finally I rode up Heath Road the station and down Hanger Hill to home.
