02/06/2015 Down to the Doctors and back

Went out for a morning ride on the cyclocross bike

Rode up Hanger Hill to the station

Then down Heath Road to the Health Centre.

after a quick visit rode through town and up Monument hill to Monument Green

Returned home up Hanger Hill
