Went out for my usual Shepperton, Laleham loop testing my new Heart Monitor – ho hum
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
Went through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to Monument Green
Road down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and round to Shepperton
Carried on to Laleham and turned to ride by the river to Chertsey Bridge
Rode on to Old Shepperton taking the route by the river, took pictures of the sunken Cabin Cruiser
Carried on to Walton and crossed back over the river to pick up Walton Lane
When I reached town I went round Portmore Park Road and Wey Road to the Chertsey road
Rode to the Bourne Estate and then to Heath Road via the river side road
Returned home up Heath Road and down Hanger Hill
