Went out for a quick ride on the Cannondale
I rode up Hanger hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I then rode through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to Monument Hill
Finally I returned home riding up Hanger Hill
Went out for a morning ride to clock the miles up – ho hum the best laid plans of mice and men
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Road to Queens Road
I went along that to Burwood Road and cycled straight to Hampton Court and crossed the river
I then rode to Sunbury on the A308 and carried on to Ashford where I turned for Laleham
Now I rode by the river to Chertsey Bridge and then rode to pick up Dockett Eddy Lane
I rode by the river to head for the Village centre, but when pulling out from a junction the crank arm snapped
I went flying as I was standing on the pedals at the time and, yet again, the wheel got buckled 🙁
So it was call home for a lift, then I got told to go shopping – the new wheels are below, the old ones once repaired will be sold.
Went out for a walk with Iren to grab a coffee and cake 🙂
We walked up Hanger Hill to Elgin Road then across to Heath Road
We walked round to the High Street and to Valentino’s for said coffee and cake
Afterwards we walked back to Baker Street and over to Churchfields Avenue
We then went to Hanger Hill and walked back up the hill to home
Went out for a morning ride to claim back some of my fitness and to loose some weight
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down the Brooklands Road to the A245
I then rode to West Byfleet and turned for Pyrford then Wisley
I crossed the A3 and rode round Ockham to Cobham where I then picked the A245 back up
I rode to Stoke D’Abernon and turned to ride to Oxshott then Esher
I carried on to Kingston and picked up the A308 which I rode to Ashford where I turned towards Laleham
I rode by the river to Chertsey Bridge then headed for Dockett Eddy Lane and again rode by the river
I went round to Old Shepperton and rode through both it and Shepperton Town Centre to pick up Green Lane
I then rode to Walton Bridge, crossed the river and rode up Walton Lane to Portmore Park Road
I went round to Balfour road via Wey road and then on to the Bourne Estate
I rode by the river to Heath Road and ascended to the station
Finally I returned home down Hanger Hill
Went out for an evening ride as it’s a lovely evening

I then rode down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and on through Shepperton
I carried on to Dockett Eddy Lane and rode round to Old shepperton
I then rode round to Shepperton Town and Green Lane
I turned right into the lane and rode to Walton Bridge and crossed the river
I then rode Walton Lane to Portmore Park Road and on to Wey road
I rode to the Bourne estate via Balfour Road and turned to ride by the river
I rode to Heath Road and turned to ride up to the station
I returned home down Hanger Hill
Went out for a longer lunchtime walk with Antonia & Rob
We walked down Brooklands Road to the P&G gate
We went through and down to the Heights and headed to Wellington Way
We crossed the road and headed onto the playground and walked up to the old track
WE walked the back of the old track and took the path round to the housing estate
When we reached the estate we walked through to the Heights and on to the P&G gate
We then went through the gate and back up the Brooklands Road to the office
Went out for a walk with Iren this evening
We walked up Hanger Hill to Elgin Road and through to Heath Road
We went down to Bridge Road and on to the Towpath just over the bridge
We then walked all the way round to the Old Crown Inn in Thames Street
After a quick drink we walked to the monument then through to Baker Street
We carried on to Churchfields Avenue and on to Hanger Hill
Then we walked up the hill to home
Went out for a lunchtime walk with Antonia, Natasha, and Morgan,
We walked down Locke King Road to Lonsdale Road where Morgan and Natasha headed off on the triangle walk
Antonia and I headed for the flats and on to the river
We crossed and walked up to the museum crossing
we crossed back over and headed through the Heights to the P&G Gate
After going through we headed up Brooklands Road to return to the office
Went out for an evening ride, this time to do the Laleham loop

I returned to town and turned into Portmore Park Road to ride to Wey Road

I rode to Heath Road and ascended to the station then returned home down Hanger Hill
