Went out for an afternoon walk looking to buy a couple of boxes of cakes (French Fancies)
I walked down Hanger Hill to Pine Grove and round to Tescos – ho hum they only had 1 box
Whilst walking down Pine Grove I was treated to the sight of a lady taking her cat for a walk !
I then walked along Queens Road to Sainsburys by Monument Green to find they had none 🙁
So I walked down Monument Hill to Morrisons which had several boxes – note the HAD 🙂
I then walked along Monument Road to Grotto Road and on to Beales Lane
I walked down to pickup the towpath and walked past the mill all the way to the bridges
I now crossed the river and walked to Heath Road which I ascended to the station
Finally I returned home down Hanger Hill
