Went out for an evening walk to finish clocking my 10k steps for the day
I walked up Hanger Hill to the station and down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I then walked through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to the cricket pitch
I walked to Baker Street and round to the path in the recreation ground
I took the path through to Hanger Hill and returned home up the hill.
Went out for an afternoon ride to clock a few calories up
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I then went through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to turn into Oatlands Drive
I rode down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and picked up Walton Lane
I rode back to town picking up Thames street then through to Portmore Park Road
I went round to join Heath Road and ascended to the station and again turned into St Georges Avenue
As before I rode to Queens Road via Egerton and Gower Roads
I then rode to Grotto Road via Oatlands and went down to Portmore Park Road
I went round to join Heath Road and ascended to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill
This ride was punctuated by nervous looks at the weather as drizzle appeared from time to time
