Went out for a longer ride this morning in an effort to limit my holiday weight gains

I rode up Hanger hill to the station then down St Georges to Egerton Road

I went through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to Oatlands

I went down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and on to Sunbury where I turned on the A308

I rode across to Staines going up the bypass – I matched my best time riding against the wind.

I went through Staines and headed for Egham and on to Virginia Water

I carried on through Longcross and Chobham on my way to Knaphill

At Knaphill I turned to ride to Woking and turned to pick up the A245

I rode through Sheerwater, West Byfleet and Byfleet on my way back to town

I picked up the Brooklands road and ascended to the station before returning home down Hanger Hill
