Went out to ride the the reverse of the route I had just walked
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath Road to the old bridge
I crossed the river and rode along to pick up the towpath
I then cycled past Coxes Lock to New Haw Lock and rode to pick up the path back
I rode to the railway line and crossed it before riding to the path up past the sewage works
Once past these I rode into Lonsdale Road and back up through the station car park
I now turned into Hanger Hill and descended to home
