28/09/2016 An evening ride to cremate the odd calorie or two – hopefully :-)

Went out for an evening ride aiming to munch a few more calories

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I then rode through Gower Road to Queens Road and on down to York Road

I rode along and picked up the path to Cedar Grove and then Oatlands

I turned into Grotto Road and went down to Thames Street

I turned into Portmore Park Road and cycled round to Heath Road

I ascended to the station then returned home down Hanger Hill
