Went out for a swift evening ride to burn a few extra calories
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Road to Queens Road
I rode to the cricket pitch and then belted it down Monument Hill
I went round the High Street to Heath Road and ascended to the station
I finally returned home down Hanger Hill
Went out for an afternoon walk after work and picking up Hippo
I walked down Hanger Hill to the cricket pitch and then down Oatlands
When I reached Walton Bridge I turned into Walton Lane then picked up the towpath
I walked back to town and reached the Old Crown where I cut through to the next towpath
I walked all the way to the old bridge and reached Heath Road
I ascended to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill
