Went out for a long ride, it was time for this year’s ‘do yer age ride’ 🙂
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St George Avenue to Egerton Road
I went through Gower road to Queens Road and on to the cricket pitch
I turned into Oatlands and rode to Walton Bridge and continued through Sunbury and Feltham to Hounslow
I turned onto the Staines Road and cycled to Staines and then through to Virginia Water and on to Chobham
I carried on to Deepcut and turned to ride to Woking via Brookwood
I picked up the A245 and rode back to town and ascended Brooklands Road to the station
I went down Hanger Hill and picked up Oatlands to ride to Walton Bridge
I looped round Laleham and Shepperton and returned to Walton Bridge
I picked up the towpath and rode to town before picking up the other towpath to ride to the old bridge
By now my legs had cramps and were not happy, but I ascended Heath Road and turned into St Georges Road
I went down to Queens Road and then picked up Pine Grove which I went through to Hanger Hill
Now I completed my ride returning home, tired, weary and happy
And to cap it all I lost weight as well 🙂
