Went out for an evening ride to clock a few floors and calories up on ye olde fitbit
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I went through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to the cricket pitch
I went down Monument Hill to the High Street and on to Heath Road
I ascended to the station then returned home down Hanger Hill
Went out for a walk with Iren who wanted to go to Jessamy Road
We went down Hanger Hill to the cricket pitch then down Monument Hill to Morrisons
We crossed the road and wandered along Monument Road to Tudor Walk
We walked through to Grotto Road and down to Thames Street
We walked to Jessamy Road via the Old Crown hic hic
When done in Jessamy Road we crossed to the towpath and on to the old bridge
We walked up Heath Road to Elgin Road and through to Hanger Hill
Then we returned home
