Went out for a lunchtime walk with Paul
We walked down Brooklands Road to the P&G gate and went through
We went through the Heights to Wellington Way and on to Sopwith Drive
We then we wnt to Tescos for shopping – at this point we split
I walked back along Sopwith Drive to MB world and on to the footpath over the river
I crossed the river and went up past the Sewage works to Locke King Road
Finally I walked up Locke King Road to the office
