Went down to Tesco to grab a few bits of shopping
I walked down Hanger Hill to Pine grove and walked round to Princes Road
I turned into Queens Road and did the vital shopping then carried on along Queens Road
When I reached Hanger Hill I ascended the hill to home
Went out for an evening run, my second of the year 🙂
I ran up Hanger Hill to Elgin Road then along to Heath Road
Now I ran up to the station and turned into Hanger Hill
I now ran down Hanger Hill to the pedestrian lights by Churchfields Avenue and crossed the road
Finally I ran back up Hanger Hill to home
I aimed to beat last weeks time, for the mile 1 took 2 seconds off the time, but for the whole run I was 12 seconds slower.
I felt this run, clearly a coffee and 1/2 litre of water beforehand was not quite the right idea. 🙁
Went out for an afternoon ride
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I rode through Gower road to Queens Road then down to Oatlands Avenue
I rode down past the school (shame they had an event on, the car parking was diabolical)
I then rode to Queens road and turned to ride to Hersham
I then turned and rode to West then East Molesey before reaching Hampton Court
I now rode back on the A3050 to Walton and headed for the bridge
I turned into Walton Lane and rode to Portmore Park Road then to Heath Road
I ascended to the station then returned home down Hanger Hill
