Went for a walk this morning – time to kill off a nemesis of mine 🙂
I parked up at Birling Gap and set off for the cliffs
I worked my way along going over the 7 Sisters
The first Sister was not in the mood to be easily beaten, ho hum down the hill on me bum !
After that I worked my way along cresting the remaining sisters to the Cuckmere River
I then walked by the river to the A259 and headed for Exceat Bridge and the Golden Galleon
I then turned round to return the way I had come, but briefly stopped at the 7 Sisters Park
Time for an icecream cone and flake before the hard work walking back
No more slips but plod mode was engaged to get over the steep slopes
I returned to the car park feeling elated after dealing with this
It felt good and all I had was some aches in the front of my thighs
