30/04/2018 A variation on the usual Walton loop

Went out for a lunchtime ride, down to Walton and back, time to clock a few miles up!

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I then went through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to cross the railway line

I turned into Oatlands Avenue and rode past the school to Oatlands Chase

I then headed for Walton Railway Station and round to pick up the A3050

I headed round to Walton Bridge, then Walton Lane and cycled to Monument Hill

I then rode up to Hanger Hill and returned home

29/04/2018 Out to Chertsey, Across to Pyford, Ripley and back via Martyrs Green

Sunday, April 29th, 2018

Went for a morning ride, time try and clock few miles up

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station and descended Heath Road to pick up the road to Chertsey

I went over woburn hill and cut across to Eastworth Road in Chertsey

At this point I could feel drizzlwe in the air so decided to keep near to home

I then rode over the roundabout on the Thorpe Road before riding over the St Anns Hill (Left side)

I then rode across to pick up Green Lane to Addlestone and turned to ride to New Haw

I carried on to West Byfleet and rode on to Pyrford then Ripley

I now headed for  Martyrs Green via Guileshill and Ockham Lanes

Now I turned to ride towards the A3 then I headed by the road towards the M25 junction

I crossed the motorway and headed for Redhill Road and then the A245

I ascended Brooklands Road to the station then descedned Hanger Hill to home

28/04/2018 to Helfrauds and back on an abortive ride

Saturday, April 28th, 2018

Went out to test the bike after it was returned from the last broken spoke

I went to go out the back tyre was flat – ho hum so replaced the tube

Now I had a purpose for my ride – replacing the used tube and spare wiper blades for lily

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station and Brooklands Road to the A245 – oh great, it’s drizzly weather

I then rode across to Byfleet and the store

Oh deep joy, they closed 1/2 hour ago !

So I rode through the village to rejoin the A245 and head for Tescos

I passed Tescos and took Sopwith Drive and Wellington Way to the Brooklands Road

I ascended to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill, one soggy, hacked off heap !

27/04/2018 a swift wander down to Sainsburys and back

Went out for a swift walk down to Sainsburys and back

I walked down Hanger Hill to the cricket pitch

I crossed Queens Road and went into the shop

I returned the way I had come.

Went out for a lunchtime walk to get my lunch

I walked past the Anvil to the Malls Shopping Centre

I carried on past the Red Lion to Cliddesden Road

I then turned back and wandered through the shops to grab lunch

Then I returned back to the office.

26/04/2018 A walk down to the Deli to get butties and back

Went out for a morning walk with Paula down to the deli to get our Thursday morning butties

we walked past the Anvil and crossed the bridge over Churchill Way

We then walked along to the Deli and grabbed our breakfast

Then we returned back to the office the way we had come.

Went out for a lunchtime walk on me todd

I walked past the Anvil to the Malls Shopping Centre

I wandered around the shops and raided the market

I then headed for the shopping centre and grabbed some dinner

Now I walked back to the office and put the shopping in the car

Monday, April 23rd, 2018

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I then went through Gower Road to Queens Road and headed towards Hersham

I then turned into the A244 and rode along until I could pick up Sydney Road

I rode across to the A3050 and turned towards Weybridge and Walton Bridge

I headed for the bridge then turned into Walton Lane and returned to town

When I reached Portmore Park Road I rode round to Wey Road

I then cycled round to reach Balfour Road then I then headed for the Bourne Estate

I then went alongside the river to the Old Bridge and then Heath Road

I headed up the hill to the station then returned home down Hanger Hill

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I then went through Gower Road to Queens Road and down to cross the railway line

I turned into Oatlands Avenue and rode past the school to Oatlands Chase

I then headed for Walton Railway Station and on to Sydney Road

I then rode over to pick up the A3050 and headed round to Walton Bridge

I now picked up Walton Lane and cycled to Portmore Park Road

I then went round Wey Road to the High Street and on to Monument Hill

I then rode up to Hanger Hill and returned home
