Went for an afternoon run to post a letter
I ran down Hanger hill to the Postbox
Posted my letter and ran back
melted at the front door!
Went out for an afternoon run – it is Global run Day
I ran up Hanger Hill to Elgin Road then along to Heath Road
Now I ran up to the station and turned into Hanger Hill
I now ran down Hanger Hill to the pedestrian lights by Churchfields Avenue and crossed the road
Finally I ran back up Hanger Hill to home
I aimed to beat last weeks time – I got under 9 minutes for the mile and under 11 for the loop 🙂
Went out for an evening run, my third of the year 🙂

I aimed to beat last weeks time, for the mile 1 took 2 seconds off the time, but for the whole run I was 12 seconds slower.
I felt this run, clearly a coffee and 1/2 litre of water beforehand was not quite the right idea. 🙁

This was my first proper run of the year and had a couple of stops for a breather and for headphone cabling issues – the aim is to cut those stops out, still I was happy ffor a mile to be covered in under 10 minutes 🙂
