Went out for an afternoon wander with Mum, Dad and Iren

This was a wander around the fields between our hotel and the sea to stretch the legs after the drive

I am now recording my walks with MapMywalk – here is today’s walk.

Went for a walk with Mum, Iren and Dad around the Folder’s lane area in Burgess Hill to blow away the cobwebs.

for the first time the walk was done with 1/2 kilo weights strapped to my ankles to help burn the fat off (I hope them weights are industrial, they have their work cut out!)

Although we are in mid winter the temperature was still quite bearable, and we had an ejoyable stroll round the area.

This is the first all tarmac walk, and it makes a change from the usual offroad ambles.
