Went out for my usual evening ride through Shepperton and Laleham,
this time with my replacement heart monitor (cyclist’s electronic exercise bra),
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
Then I rode through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green
I then went down Oatlands to Walton and crossed the bridge to ride to Shepperton
I went through Shepperton to reach Laleham and turned to ride by the river
When I reached Chertsey Bridge I turned to ride to Old Shepperton again cycling by the river
At Old Shepperton I turned to ride to Walton, crossed the river and picked up Walton Lane
When I reached town I went round Portmore Park and Wey Roads
At the Chertsey road I turned to ride to the Bourne estate then rode by the river to Heath Road
I ascended Heath Road to the station and then returned home down Hanger Hill
