20/04/2013 – the Weee loop, Lindfield and UP Oathall Road on the racing bike

Yes did the now customary Weee loop on the racer,

Rode up through the Broadway to the A272

Turned right onto the A272 and rode through to Cuckfield

Turned right in the middle of the village and headed for the Ardingly Road and Hanlye Lane

Rode down Hanlye Lane and the Balcombe Road

Whizzed down the Balcombe Road and through to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Turned round at the usual point and headed back

Had a fit of insanity and rode UP Oathall Road to the A272 surprising 2 girls as I shot by !!

Turned right and rode through the centre of town

Turned right and dropped down through the Broadway to home

I must have got something wrong here, most people would prefer to avoid turning right !

20/04/2013 – Lindfield, Walstead, Ardingly, Borde Hill, Cuckfield and home

Saturday, April 20th, 2013

Rode down Perrymount and on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Rode through the village and out to Walstead,

Went along East Maskells, and Plummerden Lanes on the way to Ardingly

Turned down College Road and carried on to Borde Hill

Went across to Cuckfield

Returned home via the A272 and the Broadway.

18/04/2013 – the Weee run and Cuckfield in the £$^$%$% wind

Took out the racing bike and rode up Perrymount to the A272

turned right and headed for Cuckfield

Rode to the centre of the town and turned right to head up to the Ardingly Road

Turned right and then headed for Hanlye Lane

Whizzed down the lane then down Balcombe Road

Went through to Lindfield via hickmans Lane

Did a U turn at the turnaround point and headed home via Sydney road and Perrymount Road cursing the headwind as I went

17/04/2013 – A ride through Weybridge, Addlestone, New Haw, Byfleet and back to the office

Wednesday, April 17th, 2013

Rode out form the office and up the B374 to Weybridge

Turned onto the A317 and headed across the river to the junction by Woburn Park College

Turned left onto the B3121, then turned left again onto the A318

Carried on through New Haw, and the Brooklands Estate to the A245

Returned to the office up the B374

15/04/2013 Cuckfield, Ansty, Burgess Hill, Lindfield and Home

Monday, April 15th, 2013

Rode up the Balcombe Road then Hanlye Lane to Cuckfield

Rode through the village and on to Burgess Hill via Ansty (at this point I will say it were ruddy windy out there – warm, dry but windy !

Turned into Isaacs Lane and returned to the Heath

Rode across town then to Hickmans Lane in Lindfield via Oathall Road

Returned home via Mill Green Road and Perrymount

14/04/2013 – The weee run and Lindfield, yep a 3rd ride today

Went out for a 3rd ride on the bike – well the weather’s lovely so grabbed the chance for a 3rd ride 🙂

Rode up through the Broadway and turned right onto the A272

Went through to the centre of Cuckfield

Turned right and headed for Hanlye Lane

Whizzed down the lane and the Balcombe Road

Rode through to the turnaround point in Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Returned home via Sydney and Perrymount Roads

14/04/2013 – Shoreham to Worthing Pier and back

Iren and I went down to Shoreham where WE got the bikes out

We rode along the coastal pathway to Worthing Pier

We now had a break for  a sneaky icecream, well it was actually warm and sunny out there  🙂

Rode back with Iren feeling the pain of her first ride of the year 🙁

14/04/2013 – Lindfield, Walstead, Ardingly, Borde Hill, Cuckfield and home

Sunday, April 14th, 2013

Rode out to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Rode on to Wlstead and took Maskells Lane

Cycled round Plummerden Lane in the pouddles then headed for Ardingly

Rode down College Lane and on to Borde Hill

Rode across to Cuckfield on Hanlye Lane

At the centr of the village turned for home

Arrived home on the A272 then the Broadway.

13/04/2013 – Cuckfield, Ansty, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lindfield and home

Saturday, April 13th, 2013

Did the same ride as last Thursday Lunchtime.

Rode up the Balcombe Road and Hanlye Lane to Cuckfield

Rode through the village , to Burgess Hill via Ansty

Returned to the heath via Isaacs Lane

Rode across town and down Oathall Road to Lindfield

Rode back via Hickmans Lane and Mill Green Road.

11/04/2013 – To Cuckfield, Ansty, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lindfield and home

Thursday, April 11th, 2013

Did a variation on the old favourite lunchtime ride

Rode up the Balcombe Road and Hanlye Lane to Cuckfield

Rode on through the viallage, through Ansty and on the Burgess Hill

Returned to Haywards Heath on Isaacs Lane

Went across town and down Oathall Road

Turned into Hickmans Lane in Lindfield and returned home via Mill Green Road
