Went out for a walk at lunchtime with Natasha, Vince, Kelvin and Barry from the office,
We walked down Locke King Road and over the railway line
We then walked level with the line until we reached the path to New Haw
We went all the way to the A318 then looped back to the path and returned to the railway line.
We then walked through the the Brooklands Estate to the B374
Finally we returned to work.
Went out for a swift afternoon blast on the racer 🙂
Hauled my sorry butt up Perrymount and on to Cuckfield on the A272
Rode up to Hanlye Lance
Whizzed down the lane like a loon 🙂
Then rode down the Balcombe Road
Rode up Mill Green Road and Perrymount to home.
Yes, been stretching my legs and building back up the range of my riding 🙂
Rode down to Lindfield,
Carried on through Walstead and passed the Golf Course
Went round Plummerden Lane and on to Ardingly
Whizzed (well as much as I could do with the headwind) down College Road
Carried on to Borde Hill
Returned home up Mill Green Road then Perrymount
Went for a walk with Iren at lunchtime,
We walked up to the high street and then headed for the Sussex roundabout
We then started walking down to the junction with Ashenground road
After looking in the shops we headed home via the Orchards.
Went out on the Racer to do the Weee run again tonight
Rode up Perrymount on onto the A272
Rode through to the centre of Cuckfield
Turned right and headed north
Turned into Hanlye Lane
Whizzed down the lane then the Balcombe Road
Rode round Burrell Road then past the station
Turned right and rode up Perrymount to home.
Went out for a swift lunchtime walk with Barry and Morgan
We walked down the hill and turned into the Brooklands Estate
Walked past the museum and headed for the railway passing the Mercedes centre
We went under the railway and then walked alongside it until we reached Locke King Road
Finally we walked back up Locke King Road to the office.
Yep, hit the weee run again tonight, but this time on the racer 🙂
Rode up to the A272, and along to by the Police station where I rebooted the GPS to wake it up 🙁 grrrrrrrrrrr
Rode through to Cuckfield and turned right
Turned into Hanlye Lane and whizzed past the potholes (beats me how you get potholes on a newly resurfaced road) down to the Balcombe Road
Whizzed down the road and then up Gander Hill
Returned home via Sydney Road and then up Perrymount.
This is the first ride on the work bike since the grounding.
Rode up to the station and then down to the old Chertsey Road
Turned left and headed for the bridge
Had to stop for a phone call – bloody three wanting to sell me a new contract 🙁
Rode across the bridge and rode to the industrial estate and then returned back to the office.
Today was very humid, I was close to melting.
Finally been able to ride again, post the PSA blood test 🙂
Took the Hybrid round the Weee run to get the legs going again
Rode up to the A272 and turned for Cuckfield laughing my head off – there was a Saab convertable doing a battleship impersonation (making thick white smoke), glad it wasn’t mine 🙂
When I reached the centre of Cuckfield I turned right and headed north
I then turned right and made for Hanlye Lane
Whizzed down the lane and then down the Balcombe Road
Turned into Mill Green Road and then rode up Perrymount to home.
As I am stilled grounded from riding 🙁 I went out for a walk with Iren,
We walked up Perrymount to the top of the town
We then walked in to the park
We went twice round the park then returned home 🙂
