Rode across town then headed for Ashenground
Took the tracks to Chownes Mead Lane
Rode the A272 into the heart of Cuckfield
Went up to Ardingly Road then onto Hanlye Lane
Whizzed down the lane then down the Balcombe Road
Carried on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Came round the back streets then road back past the pond and common
Turned and went over Gander Hill
Returned home via Mill Green road and Perrymount
Went out for the usual evening ride on the hybrid.
Rode up to the A272 and turned for Cuckfield
Headed for the heart of the village and turned north
Turned onto Hanlye Lane
Whizzed down the lane then down Balcombe Road
Carried on the Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Turned about and did the loop on the back streets
Rode back past he pond and the common
Returned home via Sydney Road and Perrymount.
Went out for a quick walk in the warm sunshine with Natasha, Barry & Morgan,
We walked down Locke King Road and crossed the railway
We then wandered by the river to the museum
Now we went past Proctor & gamble to the B374
Finally we walked back to the office.
Went out for the usual evening ride down the Weee run and to Lindfield and back
Rode up to the A272 and on to Cuckfield, encountering 2 cases of tourettes suffers on my way, it must have been their annual day out !
When I reached the village I turned North and headed for Hanlye Lane
Whizzed down both the lane and the Balcombe Road
Rode on then to Lindfield
Came back to town past the pond and the common, getting overtaken by the Crawley Wheelers again (they do like to make you feel ancient)
Returned home via Sydney Road and Perrymount.
Went out for my now customary evening ride on the Weee run
Rode up to the A272
Went across to Cuckfield
Went up to Hanlye Lane
Whizzed down the lane then down the Balcombe Road
Went across to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Rode back to town via the pond and the common
Returned home via Sydney Road and Perrymount.
Went out for a lunchtime walk with colleagues , Natasha, Barry and Morgan,
The temperature was hot, so decided against using the bike, hence the walk
We walked into the Heights and headed for the Brooklands museum
We went past Mercedes world and into the woodland within the area of the old track
We went in a loop and eventually headed back to the Heights
Finally we back up the hill to the office.
Went out for a swift ride on the hybrid,
Rode up to the A272
Headed for centre of Cuckfield
Turned north and rode to Hanlye Lane
Whizzed down the lane standing on the pedals enjoying the lofty view 🙂
Went down the Balcombe Road
Returned home via Mill Green Road and Perrymount
Yes, went out for a shortish ride, it felt too hot to add in Cuckfield when I had no fluids with me.
Rode out to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Rode then out past the golf course and on to Plummerden Lane
Rode round to Ardingly
Whizzed down College Road then went across to Borde Hill,
Returned home via Balcombe and mill Green Roads then Perrymount.
Went out for a short ride, I didn’t feel like a longer ride.

Rode through town and then rode to Ditchling Common,
Turned left and headed through Plumpton down to Underhill Lane
Rode through Westmeston, and Clayton to Hurstpierpoint
Headed back to Ansty and then got on the Cuckfield bypass
Returned home via the A272 and the broadway.
A good ride, but too long and hot without taking a drink.
