Went out for a new ride that linked together several smaller ones.

Rode up to the A272 then on past the hospital before turning for Wakehurst

At Walstead turned towards the cemetery before heading out past the golf course and on to Plummerden Lane

Rode up the lane, then along Stonecross Lane before heading for Ardingly

Whizzed down College Road before heading towards Borde Hill

Rode the Balcombe Road through to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Whizzed down the hill out of the village before riding up to Stonecross Lane

Rode round to Plummerden Lane and returned to Lindfield

Went past the pond and common where it started to rain

Headed to home via Sydney Road

Went for the usual Ardingly ride with the odd twist thrown in,

Instead of riding to Lindfield, rode up past the hospital then turned and rode direct to Walstead,

Turned and rode to Plummerden lane and on to Ardingly

Whizzed down College  Road and on to Borde Hill

Returned to town on the Balcombe Road

Carried on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Went round the back street loop then again returned to town, this time past the pond and common

Rode up Oathall Road then went across town before riding home through the Broadway.

Went out again this afternoon, this time on the hybrid

Rode up to the A272 and on to Cuckfield

Rode to Ardingly Road and then onto Hanlye Lane

Whizzed down the lane and then down the Balcombe Road

Carried on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

did the back street loop then returned to the Heath past the pond and common

Turned off the main road and headed up and over Gander Hill

Rode back to Mill Green Road where I was chased by a bloody police dog (in it’s handler’s car) barking it’s nadgers off

Returned home up Perrymount.

Went out for an evening ride on the hybrid (well I can’t let the racer do it all)

Rode to the A272 and crossed town to the Sussex roundabout then went to the Ashenground track through to Isaacs Lane,

Picked up the A272 and went to Cuckfield where I went into Ardingly Road

Shot down Hanlye Lane then the Balcombe Road through to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Rode through the village then headed towards Ardingly up the hill until I reached Stone Cross Lane

Rode round to Plummerden Lane and rode back towards Walstead (I stopped to take a picture whilst in the lane – see below)

Rode back to Lindfield then past the pond and common

Rode up Oathall to the sussex Roundabout then headed across town on the A272 to the Sergison

Went down to the Station then returned home on Perrymount.
