Went for a lunchtime wander with Claire and Mark
We walked up to the station and crossed the road
We now took the path by the railway down to Pine Grove and then Queens Road
We crossed the road then walked back up St Georges Avenue
When we got back to Brooklands road we walked back to the office.
Went out for a quick lunchtime wander with Claire, Natasha, Barry and Morgan
It had to be a quick walk as we were running late thanks to a late meeting.
We walked down Locke King Road to the railway
We walked then past the flat to the river
Now we crossed the river and walked towards MB world
We carried on to the Brooklands Museum and then to the car parks
Finally we went to the P&G gate before returning to the office.

We walked down to the P&G gate and through to the car parks
We then went past the museum and crossed the river
Now we turned left headed along under the railway then walked up to the play area.
We now walked back on the path behind the track and reached the housing estate
From here we went into the Heights and headed back to the office via the P&G gate.
Went out to test the old body climbing up past the Long Man at Wilmington – a steep ascent.
Iren accompanied me halfway up the climb then waited whilst I went for the steeper bits.
We walked alongside the road from the car park to the path leading towards the chalk figure.
we then walked up to the foot of the man then headed right.
Halfway along the path Iren decided to stop and wait for me, I carried on to the turning left.
Then I went up the steep bit, oh how I love heavy breathing and shin splints NOT.
Once the climb eased off I carried on over the top to see the great views looking across to Seaford.
I took a couple of pictures then turned back but took the track to the left of the way I came up
When the tracks joined back I descended back to Iren.
Finally we came down to the road and returned to the car park.

Claire, Paul and myself went for a wander down to the lock by the town
We walked up Brooklands Road and past the station
Then we walked down towards town until we came to the road to the old Bridge
We crossed the bridge and had a quick nosey around
Then started back hauling our way back up to the station
At the station we walked down through the car park and on to Locke King Road
Finally we returned to the office

Now we turned right and headed for the houses
We crossed the river and walked round on the old track to the play area
We then headed past the Heathrow Concorde to the path besides the MB world 4×4 track
We then picked up the path that crosses the river and went round to the new flats
Finally we walked up Locke King Road to the office.

We walked down Locke King Road and picked up the new path past the freshly built flats
We crossed the river and walked up to MB World
We then headed past the 4×4 track when we noticed the unusual sky
Now we walked round to the Heights
Finally we walked up and through the P&G gate before returning to the office.
Yes Fatso has got the bike out !!!
And it bloody near killed me, 2 months of no riding have taken their toll 🙁
Rode up to the A272 and across town
Took the ditchling Road to the Rocky Lane roundabout then turned onto the new bypass and cut across the to Birch
Rode then to Walstead, and turned for Plummerden Lane
Went round the lane and headed for Ardingly, that hill into the village sapped my legs.
Went down College Road and cut across to Borde Hill
Came down the Balcombe Road, diverted into Sainsburys before returning home on Perrymount Road.
