Parked up at the carpark by the old priory at Wilmington and headed up the Long Man with the intention of progressing further than before.
Walked up the now familiar steep ascent to the top of the Long Man then set across to Friston Forest,where I then started on the hill down to Litlington
Came out of a farm and walked backround to the carpark on the road, an enjoyable walk in the sun.
Total distance covered 5.25 miles
