Did this little ride before weighing myself – hope it’s shaved a bit off my bulk 🙂
Rode up to the A272 along the Broadway
Rode to Cuckfield, turning right at the centre of the village
Descended Hanlye Lane and the Balcombe Road
Went up and over Gander Hill
Returned home via Sydney Road and then up Perrymount Road
Just weighed myself, have put a pound on !! (gonna cry in the corner)
Yep, have done ye old favourite Walstead run, although I added a few yards to it 🙂
Rode onto Oathall Road and down to Lindfield, went round Hickmans Lane
Then went on to Walstead and picked up Plummerden Lane
Carried on to Ardingly and then enjoyed the long down hill stretch past the college
Rode across to Borde hill and on to Cuckfield
Rode back to town and took a detour down past Sainsburys before returning home via the Broadway
