Took the old MTB out for a lunchtime ride round Weybridge
Rode up the hill to the station then headed down the B372 and turned onto the A317
Rode through town to the Bourne estate and then rode back to the B374 along the river
Rode back up the hill to the station then turned to the track down to Locke King Road
rode back to the office
Have done the usual evening ride
Rode up past the hospital and turned into the Wakehurst turn
At Walstead turned for Plummerden Lane
Took the lane and carried on to Ardingly
Whizzed down College Road and then went across to Borde Hill
Turned into Hanlye Lane and rode to Cuckfield
Turned for home at the heart of the village
Returned home via the A272 and the Broadway
Went out for a lunchtime wander with Morgan, Paul and Barry
We walked down the hill to the gate by P&G
After going through the gate we went to the carparks area
From here we walked by the museum and up to the fairground area
We walked round the old track back to the Heights area
Then we went back through the P&G gate and back up the hill to the office.
Went out for an evening ride
Rode up the A272 and past the hospital to the Wakehurst turn
At Walstead I turned for Plummerden Lane which I took towards Ardingly
At the village I turned down College Road and whizzed down the mile and half before the turn into Copyhold Lane
Rode over to Borde Hill, went down t he Balcombe Road to then turn into Hanlye Lane
Rode up the lane to Cuckfield and turned left to head to the heart of the village
Turned left and road back to town picking up the A272
Returned home via the Broadway.
Went out for a lunchtime wander with Morgan, Paul and Barry
We walked down Locke King Road
Then we went past the sewage works to cross the river and go under the railway
Walked past Mercedes to the Brooklands Museum
Went through the car parks towards P&G
Exiting back to the B274
Walked back to work.
Please note that I have used an old map, stoopid forgot to turn on the GPS – DOH !
Went for a reasonable ride this morning,
Rode past the hospital and turned for Wakehurst
At Walstead turned for Plummerden Lane and rode up that
Carried on to Ardingly and shot down College Road
Rode across to Borde hill and joined the Balcombe Road
Went through to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Rode up the 2 hills road and then down Plummerden (it was really busy, I saw 3 cars on it !)
Came back to Walstead and on to Lindfield
Rode past the pond and common before riding up and over Gander Hill
Returned home via Mill Green Road and Perrymount.
Yep, went out again on the bike to clock a few more miles up 🙂

Carried on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane then rode up the 2 hills road
Went round to Plummerden Lane and returned to Lindfield via Walstead
Went past the pond and the common before riding up Oathall Road (yep lost me marbles)
Went across town before returning home via the Broadway
Went out for the morning ride on the hybrid
I rode up past the hospital and turned for Wakehurst
At Walstead I turned for Plummerden Lane and headed into Ardingly
I whizzed down college Road then headed for Borde Hill
After this I rode up Hanlye Lane to Cuckfield
Now I turned for home picking up the A272
I returned home via the Broadway
Yes I’ve been out on the racer, today is the day for leaving the hybrid behind and using the other bikes.
I rode up to the A272 and across Cuckfield
Then I turned right and rode to the Ardingly Road
Then I rode down Hanlye Lane and the Balcombe Road and on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
I went to the high street and the back street loop
Now I passed the pond and common and went down the traffic lights
I then turned and rode over Gander Hill
Returned home via Mill Green Road and Perrymount.
Went out for a ride at lunchtime (the bike had forgotten what it is to be ridden)
Rode down Locke King Road and took the path to the station
Went round the roundabout and took the B372 to the A317
Rode into town and round to the B374
Rode back to work.
