Went out for an evening ride
Rode up to the A272 and over to Cuckfield
Went up to the Ardingly Road then down Hanlye Lane
Went down the Balcombe Road and across to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Rode up and over the 2 hills of the Ardingly Road before turning onto Stonecross Lane
Picked up Plummerden Lane and rode round to Walstead
Carried on to Lindfield, passing the pond and common before riding over Gander Hill
Returned home via Mill Green Road
Went out for a lunchtime wander with Barry and Paul
We walked down to JTI and looked at the old track going up to their car park.
Whilst covering the track with a manicured lawn might look pretty, it’s not respectful to it’s history 🙁
Then we walked back to the P&G gate
Then we walked down to the carparks
Passed the museum and walked to the bridge before turning back (it’s a mudbath under that bridge)
We walked back to the P&G gate then up the hill to work
Went out for a ride tonight on the racer
Rode up to the A272 and rode across to Cuckfield
Turned right and headed north
Turned right into Ardingly Road, the rain began to spit
Rode up to Hanlye Lane and turned right on to the lane
Whizzed down to the Balcombe Road, now getting wet !
Decided to head home and turned up Mill Green Road
Returned home via Perrymount.
Rode up to the A272 and across to Cuckfield
Rode up to the Ardingly Road then down Hanlye Lane
Rode down the Balcombe Road and on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Went round the church loop then headed for Walstead
Rode round the triangle and returned to Lindfield
Went past the pond and common before climbing over Gander Hill
Returned home via Mill Green Road
Went out for a windswept wander with Barry, Morgan and Natasha
We wandered out down the Brooklands Road to the P&G gate over a carpet of edible chestnuts !
Once through the gate we went through the car parks to the museum
We then walked up to the bridge before turning back due to the conditions
Then we returned back the way we came.

Turned towards Wakehurst then turned to Plummerden Lane at Walstead
Rode round the lane and then carried on to Ardingly
Went slowly down College Road (tis windy out there)
Rode across to Borde Hill then went along the Balcombe Road to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Rode out of the village up the two hills on the Ardingly Road
Picked up Stonecross Lane and then rode down Plummerden Lane
Went past Walstead and returned to Lindfield
Passed the pond and common before rising over Gander Hill
Returned home via Mill Green Road
Went out this afternoon for a ride, yep it had stopped raining 🙂

Rode down Locke King Road and crossed the railway
Rode down to the river and then up to the road by Mercedes Benz world
Went past MB’s offroad track and on to the Concorde roundabout
then headed for the old track
Rode round to the fairground area and then to the A245
Returned to work on the Brooklands Road
This was a different lunchtime walk for us today, we had to collect some dry cleaning from town !
Paul, Morgan and myself walked up the hill to the station
Then we walked down the hill all the way to town.
We got the dry cleaning, then headed back to the British Volunteer where we reminded them about the xmas menu
Then we walked up to the station
We then deviated and headed down the line side path
Finally we returned to work via Locke King Road
