Went out this afternoon on the racer, it was warmer and no ice so the roads were feeling safer.
Rode up to the A272 and across to Cuckfield
Rode up to the Ardingly Road then whizzed down Hanlye Lane
Went down Balcombe Road and on to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane
Went round the church loop then headed for Walstead
Did the triangle then returned to Lindfield
Passed the pond and common before ascending Gander Hill
Returned home via Mill Green Road
Went out for a morning ride intending to ride to Ardingly, however it’s naffing freezing out there and icy so I revised my plans
I rode up to the A272 and across past the hospital
I then turned and headed for for Walstead and stopped at the school, there was ice on the roads and the thought of a downhill descent on that was a no go.
So turned about and headed for Lindfield
Went past the pond and common and headed back to town
Returned home via Sydney Road.
