Went out for a late evening ride on the racer with Iren
Rode down to Monument Hill via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road
Dropped down the Hill to the hotel then rode up Baker Street
Returned home via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road

Went out for an evening ride on the hybrid
Went down to Oatlands via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road
Went down Grotto Road to Thames Street and on to the tow path
Rode to Hampton Court Bridge, crossed it and carried on to Kingston Bridge
Returned back to Thames street and Queens Road
Returned home via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road

We walked down Locke King Road and passed the flats to the river
Then we went passed Mercedes up to Tescos
We returned walking to the Heights
