Went out for an afternoon ride on the hybrid after feeling like carp the last 24 hours
Rode down Gower Road to Queens Road and turned for Esher
Then I turned for Walton and rode through the town towards the bridge
I then turned onto Walton Lane and rode back to town
I looped round Portmore Park Road then went through town
Finally I rode up Monument Hill to Queens Road and returned home on St Georges Avenue
