Went out for an evening ride on the cyclocross bike

This was one of those ‘Oops’ rides – I had on different trainers and boy were my ankles far from happy by the end of this ride

Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

Went across to Queens Road via Gower Road before riding down to Monument Green

Turned into Oatlands and rod down to Walton then turned to cross the river

Rode through Shepperton to Laleham and turned to ride by the river to Chertsey bridge

Rode back to Old Shepperton by the river then headed for Walton

Crossed the river then rode Walton Lane to town

At the other end of Thames Street I turned and rode up Monument Hill

finally I turned to ride up Hanger Hill to home

Went out for a lunchtime wander on my todd

I walked down Locke King Road and then past the flats to reach the river

After crossing he river I turned right at MB World and walked past their tracks to the Concorde model

I carried on to Argos,

when I left I walked back to the Concorde and turned right

I headed for the Heights and the P&G gate

finally I walked up Brooklands Road to the office

Decided to walk this morning to walk instead of riding,

Walked up Hanger Hill to the station crossing the road and the railway line

Walked down the path to Locke King Road via Lonsdale and Campbell roads

Went up to the office.

Coming home I walked up Brooklands Road to the Station then crossed the road and railway line

Returned home down Hanger Hill
