Went for a morning ride on the bike, taking it easy after the bleeding yesterday, when I got home yesterday I had red pee !

So the plan today was a less strenuous, shorter ride – how hard can it be ?

Rode up Hanger hill to the station and turned right to go down Heath Road to the Chertsey road

Turned into the Chertsey road then turned right into Portmore Park Road and did the reverse of my usual meander round both that and Wey Road

Turned into Thames Street / Walton Lane and rode to Walton Bridge which I crossed

I then looped round Shepperton incorporating the Chertsey Bridge Road – crossing the M3 knackered my attempts at keeping the Heart rate below 140 🙁 it’s hard riding over inclines whilst keeping the rate low)

I then cycled back to Walton Bridge and crossed it (yep bumped over the 140 again 🙁 )

I then turned to ride up Oatlands to town and managed to keep the rate below 🙂 how god only knows

When I reached Monument Green I returned home up Hanger Hill – yep kept it below again 🙂

So 12 miles ticked off and no more blood showing – YIPPEE !!
