Went out for a swift walk down to the Post box and back
Walked down Hanger Hill to the box just past Pine Grove and posted the letter
Returned home back the way I came.

Friday, October 2nd, 2015Went out for an early evening ride, my first since the Cystoscopy so was taking it easy
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station and down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
Went across Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green
Rode down Oatlands and turned towards the bridge then turned into Walton lane
Returned to town and then went round Portmore Park to the Chertsey Road
Turned to Heath Road and ascended to the station before riding down Hanger Hill to home

Friday, October 2nd, 2015Went out for a lunchtime walk with Rob
We walked down Brooklands Road to the P&G gate and went through
We walked down to the museum through the Heights and crossed the river
We then walked to the flats crossing back over the river
Finally we walked up back up Locke King Road to the office
