Went out for an afternoon ride to look at the barges which were due to be lit up tonight
I rode up Hanger Hill then down Brooklands road to the A245
I turned right and rode to Byfleet then crossed the motorway and river Wey
I then picked up the towpath and, after taking a few pictures, rode back to town
I then rode to Heath Road and ascended to Elgin Road
I rode through to Hanger Hill and returned home
Went out for an afternoon walk and to catch up with the works at the lock
I walked down Hanger Hill to the cricket pitch and crossed into Oatlands
I walked down to Grotto Road and then down to Thames Street
I then went down Jessamy road and crossed onto the Island to the lock
After taking a picture of the empty lock I walked the towpath to the old bridge
Then I walked up Heath Road to the station before returning home down Hanger Hill
