05/05/2013 – The Weee run and Lindfield loop

Went out for 1 more ride today, well it’s such a lovely day I couldn’t resist 🙂

Dragged the racing bike out I rode up Perrymount

Then I headed towards cuckfield on the A272

Rode into the centre of the village and then headed for Ardingly Road

Continued through to Hanlye Lane where I whizzed down it to join the Balcombe Road

Again whizzed down this and headed for Lindield

Went on Hickmans Lane to the turnaround point

Rode back through the village and headed for home via Sydney Road and then up Perrymount.

05/05/2013 – On the Forest Way at Hartfield with Iren

Went for an early afternoon ride with Iren on the Forest Way in the delightful Ashdown Forest at Hartfield with Iren

After driving on some rodes with stunning views (see pictures at the end of this) we parked at Hartfield

We rode then along the trail to Forest Row and grabbed a quick drink

We then rode back along the tree lined old railway trackbed to Hartfield

05/05/2013 – To Cuckfield, Ansty, Burgess Hill and home via Lindfield

Sunday, May 5th, 2013

Rode up the Balcombe Road, and on up Hanlye Lane where, shock horror, I overtook a cyclist on a racing bike and got called a cheat !

When I reached Cuckfield I rode on to Burgess Hill via Ansty

Then I turned up Isaacs Lane and rode back to town

Rode across town then down Oathall road and on to Lindfield

Turned into Hickmans Lane and headed back

Rode up Mill Green Road and finally Perrymount Road to home

04/05/2013 – The Weee run and Lindfield loop with the racing bike

Saturday, May 4th, 2013

Went for a quick blast on the racing bike this afternoon,

Rode up Perrymount and turned onto the A272

Headed into the centre of Cuckfield and turned towards the Ardingly Road

Rode through to Hanlye Lane and shot down to the Balcombe Road clocking in excess of 35 mph 🙂

Went down the Balcombe Road and through to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Reached the turnaround point and headed for home via Sydney Road

Reached home via Perrymount.

04/05/2013 – Lindfield, Walstead, Ardingly, Borde Hill, Cuckfield and home

Saturday, May 4th, 2013

Went out for an early ride this morning,

Rode out to Lindfield via Hickmans Lane

Rode through the village and on to Walstead

Rode out on East Maskills Lane and then Plummerden Lane to Ardingly

Rode down College Road and on to Borde Hill

Rode across to Cuckfield and returned to town

Rode across town and down Oathall Road

Returned home via Sydney Road and up Perrymount

03/05/2013 – a ride around the Weybridge area

Went for a ride round Weybridge at lunchtime

Rode down into town and through to the A317

turned right onto the  B365

Turned right onto the A245 then picked up the B374 and returned to work

02/05/2013 – A ride to Weybridge, Chertsey, Addlestone, New Haw, Byfleet, and back to the office

Thursday, May 2nd, 2013

Went out for a luchtime ride in the sunshine today,

Rode into Weybridge town,

Turned onto the A317 and headed for Chertsey

Then turned onto the A318 and headed through Addlestone and New Haw to Byfleet

Rode round the Brooklands estate to return to work.

01/05/2013 – A ride to Addlestone, New Haw and back to the office

Wednesday, May 1st, 2013

Went out for a lunchtime ride from work

Rode down into Weybridge,

Headed for Chertsey then turned right to Addlestone

Rode through and then headed to New Haw

Carried on through the Brooklands Estate

Rode back to work.
