Went out for an evening ride on the hybrid

Went up to the station  then the hill towards town

Turned at the Queens Head and crossed the river then rode along to pick up the tow path at the next bridge

Rode along the tow path, passed New Haw and carried on past Byfleet

Carried on until I reached Newark Priory where I turned to return

Rode back to Byfleet and hit the A245 before turning for Tescos

Went through the Heights and rode up Brooklands Road to the station

Returned home via St Georges Avenue.

Went out for a lunchtime ride on the hybrid,

I have worked out a ride that I can use without ending up dripping with sweat.

Rode up to the station via Locke King Road and the Station

Rode down Hanger Hill and turned into Queens Road

then turned into St Georges Avenue

Looped back round Hanger Hill

Returned to the office via Locke King Road
