Went out for a lunchtime ride from work
Rode down Locke King Road and over the railway line
Went past the sewage works and crossed the river
Rode up to MB world and headed along the 4×4 track
However the rain started so I did an about turn and retraced my steps to the office
Went out for a swift wander with Barry and Morgan
Barry and Morgan were tight for time and the weather didn’t exactly look wonderful – for that read GREY, GRIM clouds
We walked down Locke King Road to the phone box
Then we walked back and returned to the office walking round the building
Went out for a Lunchtime wander with Claire, Natasha, Paul, Morgan and Barry
We walked down Locke King road and passed the flats admiring the carved bench on the way – see pictures below:
Then we crossed the river and headed for MB world
At the museum Paul & I carried on whilst the others went back taking the short walk
Paul & I walked up the housing estate
From here we went to the Heights
And finally returned to the office via the P&G gate & the Brooklands Road
Went out for a lunchtime walk with Claire, Natasha, and Morgan
We went down Locke King Road and past the flats
After crossing the river we roamed to MB World
We then passed the Brooklands Museum as we walked to the housing estate
We passed through the estate and into the Heights
Finally we went through the P&G gate before returning to the Office up the Brooklands Road
Went out for an early evening ride on the hybrid
Rode up to the station then headed down towards the town
Turned left and headed over the old bridge before riding along the river
Picked up the tow path and rode along to New Haw.
Cross the road and carried on the tow path to Byfleet
Rode onto the A45 and rode to the Tesco roundabout where I headed for the Heights and Brooklands Road
Picked up Brooklands Road and cycled up it to the station
Returned home on St Georges Avenue.
Managed to drag Iren out for a short ride this lunchtime
We rode up to the station and crossed the Brooklands Road
Rode down the track to Locke King Road and crossed the railway
Now we went down past the water treatment works and on to MB World
We then turned left, riding past the Brooklands Road before coming out at the bottom of the play area
We crossed to the Concorde model and then road back to MB World
After this we rode back over the river and past them there water treatment works to Locke King Road
Now we went up the track to the station car park
We crossed Brooklands Road and returned home on St George’s Avenue
Went out for a ride on the racer to burn off some of the excesses of last night 🙂
Rode to Queens road then down to Oatlands
Turned into Oatlands Road and carried on to Walton
Crossed the bridge and rode through the Marina area to get to Shepperton where I rode to the edge of Chertsey
Turned right and rode out round Laleham before riding through Chertsey to the A320
Came back through Chertsey and rode back to Weybridge over Woburn Hill
Came through town and rode over Monument Hill
Rode up Queens Road and turned into St Georges to return home
Went out for an evening ride on the Hybrid
Rode up to the station then down to the Queens Head
Turned left and went over old bridge across the Wey
Picked up the tow path and rode to the split with the Basingstoke Canal
The canal can best be described as a rat run, saw a couple crossing the track !
Crossed to the canal and rode along to pass Woking – there is 1 road that is a right cow to cross
Carried on to just past St Johns then turned about to ride back to the Wey
Rode up to Byfleet and picked up the A245
Rode to the Brooklands Road and then up to the Station
Returned home on St George’s Avenue
Went out for another of those lunchtime loops round st George’s Avenue
Rode down Locke King Road and then up to the station
Went to the roundabout then down Hanger Hill
Turned right into Queens Road and on to St George’s Avenue
Rode up St George’s Avenue back to the station
Rode back down Hanger Hill and looped back to the station
Crossed Brooklands Road and then went down to Locke King Road
Returned to the office
Went out for an evening ride along the Thames to Hampton Court
Rode down to Queens Road and then down past the monument
Turned into Thames Street and rode past the Minnow to pick up the Thames Path
Rode along the track all the way to the Bridge by Hampton Court
Turned about and rode back to Walton
Here I came off the track and went to Oatlands Road
Cycled up the road to Weybridge and turned into Queens Road
Pedalled up to St George’s Avenue and rode home.
