Went out for a morning ride on the racer, the aim being to get a decent ride in.

Rode down to Oatlands via Queens Road and St Georges Avenue

Dropped down Grotto Road then along Thames Street to Walton and crossed the bridge

Went through Shepperton and Laleham to Staines before riding in to Chertsey and picking up Green Lane

Went through Addlestone and New Haw before riding up Brooklands and down Hanger Hill to complete the first loop

Rode down Oatlands and picked up the A3050 to ride to Hampton Court and crossed the bridge

Started riding back and something didn’t feel right

Rode through Sunbury and had to stop, I had a puncture

I pushed the back back to Walton Bridge, up Oatlands and to home – a 4 mile walk, still it stopped the bum from hurting 🙂

Rode down to Oatlands via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road

Turned from Oatlands into Grotto Road and rode down to Thames Street

Went all the way to Walton and crossed the bridge

Went through Shepperton to Chertsey

Went right across town to the Thorpe Road and then back to pick up the hospital

Turned into Green Lane and went to Addlestone and then on through New Haw to the A245

Went to the Brooklands Road and up to the Station

Turned down Hanger Hill and returned home via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road

Went out for an evening ride on the racer – now with pedal spacers 🙂

Rode to Oatlands via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road

Went down the length of Oatlands and then picked up the A3050 to Hampton Court

Crossed the Bridge and rode back to Walton via Sunbury

Crossed Walton Bridge and rode back up Oatlands

Returned home via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road

Rode down Oatlands and crossed Walton bridge to Shepperton

Went  to Chertsey Bridge and after crossing it went to the Thorp Road

Headed back towards the town and then headed towards the hospital but then turned into Green Lane to Addlestone

At Addlestone I carried on through New Haw to the A245 and the to the Brooklands Road

I ascended Brooklands Road then descended Hanger Hill

Returned home via St Georges Avenue, and Queens Road

Dropped down past the monument and turned into Thames Street

At the other end of Thames Street, I turned left and went over the bridge to Shepperton

Went all the way to Chertsey, riding through then headed for the hospital to pick up the Addlestone Road

Went through Addlestone and New Haw before joining the A245 and riding to Brooklands Road

Ascended Brooklands Road and then descended Hanger Hill

Returned home via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road

Went out for an afternoon ride on the racer now with the buggered pedal replaced

Rode down to Oatlands via Queens Road and St Georges Avenue

Whizzed down Oatlands to Walton and joined the A3050

Rode all the way to Hampton Court Bridge then crossed it

Rode back down the other side to Walton noticing that the other pedal was now feeling sick !

Rode up Oatlands and returned home via Queens Road and St Georges Avenue

Replaced other bloody pedal
