Went out for a lunchtime walk / jog to test the heart monitor

This was a swift walk / jog (not advisable after a 24 mile ride, the legs might not appreciate it

I went down St Georges Avenue to Gower Road

I jogged to Cavenish Avenue then down to St Georges Avenue and Queens Road

Now I picked up Old Avenue and went to Gower Road,

From here I came back to St Georges Avenue and then picked up the loop for the flats

I jogged back to the flats

I am now recording my walks with MapMywalk – here is today’s walk.

Went out for a lunchtime ride on the racer

Rode down St Georges Avenue and Queens Road to Monument Green

Rode down Oatlands and on into Walton

Carried on to Hampton Court Bridge then I crossed the river before continuing to Bushy Park

Went to the far end of the park and returned back the way I came to pick up the A308

Rode through Sunbury and on to Laleham

Rode back to Shepperton and Walton

Rode back up Oatlands ans returned home via St Georges Avenue and Queens Road
