Went out for a morning ride on the cyclocross bike
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Heath road and then to the Bourne Industrial Estate
Rode to Addlestone and crossed the town to head for Ottershaw and then I rode to the A245
I stayed on the A245 almost to Leatherhead where I cut across to the A243
I rode up past Chessington to Surbiton and on to Kingston
I then rode past Hampton Court and on to Sunbury and subsequently Staines
At Staines I seemed to catch every bloody red light, which does wonders for the legs NOT !
I rode through and headed past Thorpe Park on my way to Chertsey
I picked up Green Lane in Chertsey and rode to Addlestone and New Haw
At New Haw I rode past Tesco and headed into the Heights to pick up Brooklands Road
I hauled my sorry bum up both hills in the Brooklands road before reaching the station
Finally I returned home down Hanger Hill
I had originally intended to go further but somehow a new record for me of 46 miles will do 🙂
