Went out for an afternoon wander with Iren
We walked down Hanger Hill to Churchfields Avenue
Walked to the car park and down to Church Street and grabbed a coffee
Then walked along to Springfield Lane and through Springfield Meadows to Churchfields Avenue
Walked along Churchfields Avenue to Hanger Hill and returned home

Went out for a morning ride on the cyclocross bike
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station and down St Georges Avenue to Queens Road
Rode on to Hersham and turned for Molesey and Hampton Court, I seemed to be riding briskly 🙂
At Hampton court I turned for Sunbury and found out why I was doing so well, now I am riding into the wind !
Rode through Sunbury and on to Staines, then turning to head to Thorpe Lea
Rode past Thorpe Lea and up St Ann’s Hill – otherwise known as Bottom gear and hard work !
Carried on to pick up Green Lane and on to Addlestone and New Haw
Rode onto the A245 and went to Brooklands Road
Ascended the 2 climbs to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill
