Went out for an afternoon ride, and to locate Ashford Hospital for my forthcoming CT Scan
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
Rode through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green
Went down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and on to Sunbury where turned left onto the A308
Rode to the Staines turn and turned right to pick up the A30 (London Road)
Turned onto Town Lane to reach the hospital
Returned to the A30, where I turned right to return to the A308
I crossed the A308 and rode into Staines before turning left to ride to Laleham
Rode by the Thames to Chertsey Bridge and on to Old Shepperton and Walton
Crossed the bridge then turned into Walton Lane to return to town
Looped round Portmore Park and Wey roads to the Chertsey road
Went to the Bourne estate and then along the river to Heath Road
Rode up the hill to the station then down Hanger Hill to home
