Went out for an evening ride thankful for no more rain – Yeah right !
Rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down Egerton Road to Queens Road via Gower Road
Went to Monument Green and down Oatlands on the way to Sunbury via Shepperton,
Turned onto the A308 and rode to Laleham then turned to ride by the river to Old Shepperton
As I rode along it started to spit but I pushed on
At Old Shepperton I rode on to Walton Bridge then picked up Walton Lane and returned to town
Now it was raining and I had become a drowned rat, but as I was wet I decided it was worth completing my ride, at this oint I put the phone into it’s wallet rather than have it on the handlebars – guess when it stopped tracking ?
Looped round Portmore Mark and Wey Road to the Chertsey road and on to the Bourne Estate
Rode by the river to Heath road then ascended to the station before returning home down Hanger Hill
