Went out for a morning ride to burn off a few calories – not enough as I found out later 🙁
I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road
I went through Gower Road to Queens Road and on down to Monument Green
I turned into Oatlands and rode to Grotto Road where I cut through to Portmore Park Road via Thames Street
I rode round to Balfour Road and rode over to Chertsey and aimed for St Anns Hill
After ascending the steeper route I rode across to Lyne and then to Chobham via Longcross
Now I rode to Woking town centre and picked up the towpath for Basingstoke Canal
I rode along this to the River Wey towpath and on to Byfleet and the A245
Now I rode to the Brooklands Road and ascended to the station
finally I returned home down Hanger Hill.
I was feeling great until I got on the scales and saw I had GAINED 3lbs 🙁
