Went out for an afternoon ride to burn the odd extra calorie 🙂

I rode down Hanger Hill to the cricket pitch then down Oatlands to Walton Bridge

I then went on to reach the A308 at Sunbury and turned towards Staines

At Staines I then headed through  the town to the Thorpe Road

I carried on past Thorpe Park to Chertsey and turned to tackle St Anns Hill

With lungs busting and heartbeat through the roof I crested the hill and headed to pick up Green Lane

I then cut across to Addlestone and turned to ride through New Haw to Byfleet

I then rode the A245 to pick up the Brooklands Road which was ascended to the station

Finally I rode home down Hanger Hill

Went out for a morning loop ride initially to Walton

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I went through to Queens road and turned to ride to Walton

I went past the railway station then headed into the town centre and on to the bridge

I carried on past Shepperton to Chertsey Bridge and headed towards the town centre

I then went to Eastworth Road and headed to Addlestone turning off to ride past the fire station

I headed over Woburn Hill and back to town where I turned into Heath Road

I ascended to the station then rode home down Hanger Hill
