Went out for an evening ride – it’s time to get back to my usual summer distances

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station then down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I went through Gower Road to Queens Road  and on to Monument Green

I turned into Oatlands and rode down to Walton Bridge

I picked up the B375 and rode to the turn for Old Shepperton

I looped round Old Shepperton then round Shepperton town to Walton Bridge

I crossed the river and picked up Walton Lane to Portmore Park Road

I rode round to Balfour Road via Wey Road then went to pick up the Bourne estate

I rode by the river crossing the river on my way to Heath Road

I ascended to the station then returned home down Hanger Hill

Still taking it easy and building back the distance post accident.

I rode down Hanger hill to Queens Road and on to Burwood road where I turned for Hersham

I rode down to Hersham and turned to go on the A244 to Esher and then down to the Scilly Isles roundabout

Here I turned for Hampton Court and rode to cross the river, where I turned towards Sunbury

I rode through Lower Sunbury and on to Upper Halliford where I turned for Walton Bridge

I crossed the bridge and rode Walton Lane to Portmore Park Road

I went round Portmore Park to reach Heath Road and ascended to the station

Finally I returned home down Hanger Hill

Went out for a short ride, the ankle is still not up to a long one 🙁

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station and down St Georges Avenue to Egerton Road

I rode through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green

I then rode down Oatlands to Walton Bridge and on to Walton Lane

I returned to town on the lane and turned left when I reached Monument Hill

I rode up to Monument Green and turned into Hanger Hill to ride up to home.

Went out to test the bike after getting it back from Halfords and to set the saddle height back

I rode up Hanger Hill to the station and turned into St Georges Avenue

I rode through to Queens Road where I had decided that the saddle needed raising

So I rode to Monument Green and on to Hanger Hill then I rode back home up the hill

After making adjustments I again rode up Hanger Hill

I went into St Georges Avenue and rode to Egerton Road

I rode through Gower Road to Queens Road and on to Monument Green

I rode down Monument Hill to the High Street and on to Heath Road

I then rode up Heath Road to the station and returned home down Hanger Hill
